Collegiate Ministry Summit '10 Conference
Macalester College, St. Paul. MN
July 1-4, 2010

Dr. Steve Hayner, President of Columbia Theological Seminary will be our Keynote Speaker.

Dr. Haynor has had a career incorporating campus ministry, college administration, President of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA, church pastor, and college and seminary professor.

Gather at the Well will begin with dinner on Thursday, July 1, at 5:30 pm.

The conference will end with the General Assembly Sunday Morning Worship, July 4th.

The Conference will include workshops, times for informal resource sharing and networking, opportunities for site visits and the General Assembly Exhibit Hall, as well as a night on the town.

	Previous SUMMIT Summit II was held in Richmond, Virginia in June, 2006 with the theme, "Space for Grace." Stories and photographs can be found here.

	SUMMIT '10

SUMMIT '10 will be held July 1 - July 4, 2010, at Macalester College, St. Paul, MN. The conference will end with the General Assembly Sunday morning Worship Service.

SUMMIT '10 will
Gather those who work with and for collegiate ministries on behalf of the PC(USA),
Provide them with an opportunity for nurture, reflection, encouragement and support, and
Develop ways to Think about the PC(USA)’s strategy and involvement in collegiate ministry.

All those engaged in collegiate ministries - whether student leaders, staff, congregation or organization board members - will find resources and shared experiences to invigorate their ministries.

Registration will begin here shortly.

Conference attendees will stay in the air-conditioned George Dayton Draper Hall at Macalester College. Double or single rooms clustered in suites will be available. Dining will be in the Cafe Mac Dining Facility.

Travel should be made to the Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport. Macalester College is about a 15 minute cab ride from the airport. Public transportation (bus) is also available.

Bus transportation to the airport will be provided at the conclusion of Sunday worship.

The 219th General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) wiil be held July 3- 10, 2010, at the Minneapolis Convention Center, Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Summit '10 participants will have the opportunity to visit the Exhibit Hall and to attend the Ellection of the Moderator on Saturday night, if desired. The conference will conclude with the General Assembly's Sunday Morning Worship.

Participants may also be able to arrange lodging at Macalester College for additional nights in order to spend more time at General Assembly.
