ECUMENICAL CAMPUS MINISTRY TEAM
CAMPUS ECUMENICAL AND INTERFAITH CONVERSATIONS GRANTS

The Ecumenical Campus Ministry Team will make available grants up to $500 to help support campus ministry activities designed to extend and deepen ecumenical and interfaith conversations on college and university campuses in the United States.

The following guidelines will apply:

Grants may be requested by ecumenical campus ministries or denominational ministries related to The Episcopal Church, The United Methodist Church, The United Church of Christ, The Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), the Presbyterian Church (USA), or the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.

  • Grants will be used to help advance mutual knowledge, understanding and respect among religious communities, including (but not limited to) obtaining printed materials, media resources, speakers and facilitators.
  • Applicants will complete an application including a brief description of the activity to be funded.
  • Successful grantees will provide a brief report following the activity, but no later than June 1, 2012.

 March 10 Fundraising Event Minimize

Fundraising and Board Development Workshop

A workshop is scheduled for Saturday, March 10, from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm at the Presbyterian Campus Center, 808 Vine Street, Chattanooga, Tennessee.  The coordinator for the workshop is the Rev. Bob Hill, campus pastor at UTC.  You can email him  or call him at 423-903-1871.  The cost for registration is $10, which includes lunch. 

The workshop leader will be the Rev. Galen Hora, ECMT consultant.  It is open to campus ministry staff and board members from any denomination.

Please let Bob know as soon as possible so that he can plan for the day.  If you are traveling from some distance and need overnight accomodations, you are responsible for making those on your own.
